dB is a logarithmic scale, so 1 to 3dB is actually quite a lot/noticable.

Something that was left out, the 4000D has a much darker tint on the side window panel compared to the newer 5000D. Also, the front fans do not align with the top fans as the top fans are slightly offset. Yes, it is cosmetic, but some people care about stuff like that, especially my customers. Aside from that, thank you for the comparison.

Under Specifications, Bus Type, for the 980, you list PCIe 4.0×4 which is a mistake, I believe you meant to type the same as in your article for the 980 PCIe 3.0×4

when i go to task manager, performance, memory, it shows 8gb in top right so i beleive i have 8gb being the 2 cards in the cpu 4gb ea. im looking to upgrade to 32gb ddr4 how do i go about doing this? like where should i buy one and what brand and how to make sure its compatible? thank you in advance 🙂

Nice article. These were the two cases I was eyeing on Canada Computers and I had concerns about whether my Dark Rock Pro 4 CPU cooler and planned 6900 XT card would fit into the 4000D.
