He is really into Fortnite. Will the cpu bottleneck the maximum fps he can get at high and epic & high settings? He insists he can see a difference between 144fps vs 240fps which is why he went with the Asus monitor above. He gets about 200fps on high settings, 220 to 240 fps on medium and 260 to 280 fps on low (w/o ray tracing or dlss and vsync off). I was expecting the gpu would easily hit a steady 280fps on high settings with his monitor but it doesn’t. Any thoughts?
