Get the CLC 280. It comes very close to the CLC 360 but is quieter and a bit cheaper. Or for just about $15 more get the 360 (if your case can fit it) which is a bit better cooling (arguably the best AIO in terms of cooling performance at the moment) but one of the louder ones (but this can be resolved by adjusting speeds, and thus can actually lead to some nice lower dba, and that is before considering other parts in your PC making noise already to begin with partially negating this issue anyways).

Yeah, I hit 61 with Prime95, and 62 with AIDA64 Extreme. Although my ambient temperature is usually fairly cool, under 21 degrees.

It keeps my 3950X at 62 degrees C with all cores under load.

Both are really strong performers! Most people give Noctua the slight edge, but it’s a very close call and I would say go with either the one you can find at a better price, or if you have an aesthetic preference. We also have heard from some people that the DarkRock Pro 4 is a tiny bit quieter, but I think that really comes down to your individual fan curve and case.

If you want a bit more of a full answer, we did a full article on this question a while ago: Noctua DH-15 vs. DarkRock Pro 4
