Don’t buy a m.2 SSD for a PS5 now. One of the Developers warned.

My reasons:
1st reason: The current m.2 SSD will generate much heat and the cooling in the PS5 could restrict you to certain models.

2nd. a possibility: Sony could restrict the m.2 ssds to certain models to have the option to garantee every game working as intended on the ps5. For short they want to say what it should be able to do and get some licence fees.

For such an investment you should wait some time to be safe if you cannot use it somewhere else.

Anyhow Will both work with the PS5??? No one mentions any other nvme pcie SSD drives possible for the PS5, so I have to ask.
